For several years, Steigenberger Hotels AG has been focusing on social media campaigns and Facebook advertising. Every year the hotel group offers a summer special and invites interested people to test their hotels throughout Germany.

Our mission was to market this offer with Facebook ads. The focus was on new customers who have not yet come into contact with the brand.

Through a lookalike targeting we were able to create a target group with a high statistical similarity to existing customers. At the same time, we’ve been using carousel ads to actively tell stories with the ads.

As a result, we were able to significantly contribute to the increase in bookings and have increased the ROI by 46%.
