Mrs.Sporty is the number 1 in women’s fitness clubs and the innovation leader in the sports and fitness market for women in Europe. With over 540 clubs in seven countries, the franchise system has grown steadily since 2004.

With our help, the number of test training sessions could be increased by 958%. To get started, we analyzed Mrs.Sporty’s social media data, carried out a competitive comparison and examined the target group.

Based on this data, we created a successful marketing strategy that we have been implementing ever since. We were able to increase the engagement rate by 6%.

The marketing strategy included the concept and implementation of monthly editorial plans, in-house shootings, community building and management, targeted post promotion, campaigns for lead generation and monthly KPI and trend reports with recommendations for optimization.

To increase the number of club members, we have developed a marketing concept with focus on generating high-quality leads, using an individual API connection.

This significantly reduced the previous CPL and increased the number of test training sessions.
