Instagram channel strategy
For ewz, we analyzed Instagram as a relevant social media channel and developed a strategy for the channel. The goal for the company is to communicate directly with its customers.
The company wants to optimize its reputation with the young target group.
Our strategy included a status quo analysis including consideration of the market and relevant topics to be discussed in the new target group. From this we have derived thematic fields. In addition, the customer received a content manual that describes the text and pictorial language and serves as a basis for communication.
