The online chocolate shop chocri offers creative gifts for every taste. Whether nut lover or sweet fruits – chocri offers its customers the opportunity to create their own individual chocolate from over 100 different ingredients.

Via Facebook and Instagram we marketed chocri’s Valentine’s Day campaign to increase sales. At the beginning we talked to existing customers and fans with targeted ads to increase their loyalty.

We also increased the attention of new customers by means of look-a-likes (statistical twins) and interest targeting.

In the second step, we retargeted the prospecting to re-address the website visitors who have not yet converted. Thanks to our strategic approach, the Valentine’s campaign was very successful. We were able to reduce the cost per order by 57 percent.
