Social Media Analysis and Support

For AXA Winterthur Switzerland we have conducted a classic social media analysis with subsequent consulting.
We analyzed the customer’s social media channels and compared them to five competitors. We paid special attention to, among other things, posting periods, content, optimal post length, interaction rates and service levels.

We then presented best practice examples from the industry and made specific recommendations for further marketing.

The results were presented to the customer. We were also able to support AXA in the resulting Executive Board presentation.
