Facebook App & Facebook Advertising

Sports are a special topic for the north-east AOK. We were asked to place this topic with the target group in the Facebook channel.

Therefore we have installed a microsite with a social app and advertised it in the target group. The focus was on acquisition of new fans and participants for the campaign, which is to be used for the long term to attract customers.

In addition, we have advertised the campaign via Facebook ads. Due to the very large target group, the initial prices of the advertisements were relatively price intensive.

However, with continuous optimization we were able to reduce the CPC by 44% and reach a single-digit cent click Price.
